Phantom of the Opera begins an engagement at The Smith Center in Las Vegas today, October 21. The venue lists performances in Reynolds Hall through November 1 and describes ticket availability as very limited.

The current touring production is presented by Cameron Mackintosh and retains Maria Björnson’s original design, with its staging rooted in Harold Prince’s direction and Gillian Lynne’s musical staging and choreography. Andrew Lloyd Webber’s score accompanies the story of Christine Daaé and the masked figure beneath the Paris Opera House.

The Smith Center estimates a running time of about 125 minutes plus a 20-minute intermission. Performance times and remaining seats vary by date, so patrons should consult the venue’s live calendar rather than assume availability.
