The Broadway League lists October 18 as the official opening date for Other Desert Cities at the Hudson Theatre, following previews that began September 29. The League’s public performance schedule does not list a regular show today, so this date should not be mistaken for an ordinary ticketed matinee.
Jon Robin Baitz’s family drama is directed in this revival by John Benjamin Hickey. The announced cast includes Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Ed Harris, Allison Janney, Joe Keery and Lily Rabe, and the story turns on a daughter’s plan to publish a memoir about her politically connected family.
The League lists the engagement through January 17, 2027. Those planning to attend should verify an available performance and current ticket details with the production or authorized seller; this item does not assess the staging.
