Apple Original Films has titled its authorized Fleetwood Mac documentary Fleetwood Mac: The Chain and set a global Apple TV premiere for January 29, 2027. The announcement was issued October 22, giving the film a firm date three months in advance.
Frank Marshall directs the documentary, with The Kennedy/Marshall Company and White Horse Pictures producing. Apple says the film brings together the voices and memories of Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Christine McVie, Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks.
The title refers to the Rumours song credited to all five members. This brief reports the announced title, contributors and release plan; it does not review the unfinished film or assume identical availability in every territory.
