ToruńCAMERIMAGE has released the first five titles selected for the Main Competition at its 34th edition. The initial group is Minotaur, Project Hail Mary, Ulya, Visitation and Woman Unknown.
The announcement is a first look, not a complete competition roster or a list of prize winners. Its descriptions range from Project Hail Mary’s spacebound science teacher to Visitation’s account of a lakeside house witnessing several eras of German history.
The festival is scheduled for November 7–14 in Toruń, Poland, with a particular focus on the visual craft of moving images. Screening times and the remaining competition titles should be checked when organizers publish the full program.
